It's a simple concept really. The search engine Optimization specialist takes your website, makes a few small invisible changes here and there, and then submits it to the search engines and directories. Your search engine rankings are then determined on the keyword combination. A good search engine Optimization specialist will rank your pages on the first 2 pages of the search engine results, using the search keywords that you supplied him.
Sounds easy doesn't it, but there is of course much more to it...
